Commissioning and installation supervision
Commissioning works of the supplied equipment are carried out by the service engineers trained at the manufacturing plants. The engineers of our service center have extensive experience in starting up, setting up and carrying out installation supervision of the equipment of all represented manufacturing companies. There is a necessary set of tools, devices and measuring tools (polymer-granite rulers and squares, electronic levels, micron indicators, etc.), that allow checking the equipment for compliance with the accuracy standards and technical characteristics. Therefore, the time from the start of commissioning works to the beginning of operations has been reduced to a minimum.
Warranty and post-warranty service
Warranty service is provided for the supplied metalworking equipment. We guarantee a timely response and optimal solution to the warranty case, cooperation with specialists of equipment manufacturers, etc. We use only original spare parts, components and materials or the ones recommended by the manufacturer. The warranty applies to all types of work performed during the warranty and post-warranty period. We also recommend to conclude an agreement for post-warranty service of metalworking equipment. In this case, all repair and maintenance work carried out during the warranty period will be performed without interruption and in the necessary range.
